Abstrak : Finishing of the projects often late from time schedule have been agreement. This is making cost of the project expensive. Network planning with critical path method can help solve this problem. Objective of this research are identification of critical activity and founding of degree efficiency in time schedule planning. Result of this research have shown that time and cost calculation by firm are 163 days and of the pro Rp. 2.035.866.350,-. But, in this research are 127 days and total cost Rp. 2.049.388.624,-. So, the efficiency of this planning is 36 days or 22.08%.
