International environmental laws: Controlling transboundary atmospheric pollution in Southeast Asia

The issue of global warming and global climate change as mainly caused by
transboundary air pollutants has emerged since the middle of the 1970’s. To

environmental catastrophes have been proved highly related to the release of
certain noxious emissions creating global warming and global climate change.
