Pengukuran kualitas pelayanan dengan metode student satisfaction inventory (SSI) di UPN "Veteran" Jakarta



Abstrak :

The world of education today experiences the tight competition in an effort to get the prospective student, always had the method and had not been finished him, increasingly fast. This increasingly tight competition caused the tertiary institution to have to increase the quality of the educational service in all the fields. In this research was carried out by the analysis of the quality of the educational service was based on the level of the importance, the level of satisfaction, and performance gap for each SSI dimension, so as to be expected to be able to increase the achievement of UPN “Veteran” Jakarta. This research used the dimensions in student satisfaction inventory (SSI), where instrument this divided the quality of the service in 12 dimensions that is academic advising, campus climate, campus support services, concern for the individual, instructional effectiveness, recruitment and financial aid, registration effectiveness, responsiveness to diverse populations
