Abstrak : In this study, which refers to regular maintenance air conditioner in the four story building on the institution XYZ course. Presence of autonomous maintenance activities from the water treatment conditioners in every classroom where learning and teaching. It is very necessary to maintain comfort in learning and teaching and the satisfaction of the participant of the course. In order to improve the quality and reliability of air conditioner needed data to be processed and compared with calculation results overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Where the calculations and the question refers to availability, performance, and quality. From the results mentioned that reject the unit greatly affects the quality of work an operator here, is the office boy of regular maintenance on the air conditioner.
