Abstrak :
To overcome the dispute of children with law conflict is through the justice decision, however, sometimes, give good and satisfying results, and their rights are ignored. Due to such condition, there is a change overcoming the dispute that is through “restorative justice” that is to transfer the criminal justice process based on consensus. This research is a bibliographical study, and the result indicates that by applying the “restorative justice” the balance and the recovery situation will be completely obtained and the children major necessities and importance are prominent.
