Analisa kelayakan investasi gudang material mesin di PT. IP

Abstrak :

The aim of this research is to analyzing of feasibility investment for machine material warehouse construction on PT. Indonesia Power, Indralaya Unit, South Sumatera, this analysis viewed by financial aspects using investment criteria method, those are net present value (NPV) and internal rate of return (IRR). The focus of this research is to know whether or not acceptable plant of investment for machine material warehouse construction on PT. Indonesia Power, Indralaya Unit, South Sumatera. The result of this research shows that the calculation of NPV using interest rate 8,732% is Rp. 1.935.310.855,11, which means positive NPV (NPV > 0), and the calculation of IRR is 45,31%, it shows that IRR > 8,732%. From the calculation result of those two methods can be concluded that the plant of machine material warehouse construction on PT. Indonesia Power, Indralaya Unit, South Sumatera is acceptable.
