Abstract : Every women who firstly does the sexsual intercourse, who receives the spermatozoa, her body will respons specificatly in the form of antibody toward the spermatozoa known as ASA (anti sperm antibody). ASA inhibits the functions of sperm such as inhibition of sperm movement, which leads to unability of sperm to penetrate the ovum. The immune pathology that cause infertility is learned in reproduction immunology. Beside the infertility, immunopathology on reproduction system can also cause recurrent miscarriage/recurrent spontaneous abortion in the 20 weeks of gestation due to immune respond to the conception intra uterine. The treatment goals is the reduce the immune respond to the sperm as well as the conception.
