Prospek penggunaan glikoprotein zona pelusida sebagai immunogen untuk vaksin kontrasepsi

Abstract :
The increase civilization in the world especially in the developing country makes the need create the method of contraception. An effective contraception method has successfully, controlled the fertility and so to avoid the unwanted pregnancy. The contraception methods shall have the following criteria safety, no side effects, no impact on health dearangement nor in libido and shall be reversible. Immune methods has been developed recently as the alternative of contraception methods in inhibiting fertilization, which is immunocontraception vaccine and act as one of the protection to an infection. There are severe precaution in the usage of immunocontraception vaccine, such as variation of antibody response. The longervity of the antibody which deffens in each pearson. Pellucide zone glycoprotein is an extra cellular matrix surrounding mammalian oocyte that acts as a specific receptor to sperm (immunogen). Isolate ZP has been classitied into ZP, ZP2 and ZP3.
