Peningkatan keunggulan kompetitif melalui proses mentoring di dalam keragaman sumber daya manusia
Abstrak :
A mentor is an individual with advanced experiences and knowledge who are committed to provide upward support and mobility to their students career. In a formal mentoring, mentors often aims at focusing on short term career goals that are applicable only for the student current position. In an informal mentoring, mentors, often focuses on helping the students to achieve long term career goals. Planning mentoring should be in a correct way, however bad mentoring may be destructive and in some cases it may be rise than no mentoring at all.
