Abstrak :
Redundant information is one of the unwanted products of the information. The crisis actually began to flourish since the use of the internet, where a set of information can be generated and replicated by the engine, thousands of new systems and more users bring new data sources into the internet every minute, causing a flood of data and the inability to choose among many options. An agent is a new technology in the world of software engineering. The ability of the agents which are autonomous, personal, mobile and able to work continuously makes the software developers take advantage of this technology for applications within an environment that provides different information and spreads across many locations. Intelligent agent is a very important tool to handle the most critical limitations of the internet, namely the flood of information and make e-commerce could become a tool of the organization.
