- Abstrak : Study of naphtol AS-LB reduction with soga tea technically was reported before. Napthol AS-LB could be reduced until 35 percent with aanzet-nazet pathway. Now, study of production cost of naphtol AS-LB reduction already has done. The most factor to has influence of production cost was identified only chemical needs. The salary, electrical cost etc. were not calculated because no have different. The chemical needs biside naphtol AS-LB like as sodium hydroxide was reduce until 85,5 percent, spirits 40 percent, salt 85,5 percent, water 85,5 percent, and diazonium salt arise until 28 percent. The production cost could be reduce until Rp. 1.741/kg of fabric in small scale or Rp. 435.250.000/ year in national scale.

Mainly this is due to the political ambiguity behind the motives of human rights promotion in Indonesia as continuous violations of human rights standard remain evident in its domestic context. Network planning with critical path method can help solve this problem. Objective of this research are identification of critical activity and founding of degree efficiency in time schedule planning. Result of this research have shown that time and cost calculation by firm are 163 days and of the pro Rp. 2.035.866.350,-. But, in this research are 127 days and total cost Rp. 2.049.388.624,-. So, the efficiency of this planning is 36 days or 22.08%.

- Abstract : This paper in presenting the methodology on the green gas (GHG) mitigation activities, in the energy sector, which embracing 3 sub-sectors simultaneously: 1. fuel switching 2. renewable energy and 3. waste-disposal and handling. After the COP – 13 – “Bali Road Map”, in December 2007, REDD (Reducing Emission Deforestation and Degradation), which also important for the tropical country. This methodology is become possible to be adopted, since the Kyoto Protocol (Article 12), provided the new investment scheme from industrial countries (Annex 1) into the developing countries (Non-Annex 1) namely Clean Development Mechanism(CDM). - Abstrak: Tulisan ini menganalisis kondisi masyarakat Indonesia melalui pendekatan (i) dimensi budaya yang di kemukakan oleh Hostede (ii) modal sosial dan (iii) modal budaya. Selanjutnya dilakuakan evaluasi terhadap pemikiran pendiri bangsa serta pola kepemimpinan dari beberapa bupati setelah mas reformasi. Dari hasil analisis dapat dikemukakan bahwa di tingkat bawah masyarakat Indonesia adalah penganut kolektivisme horizontal, sedangkan para elit cenderung menyukai kolektivisme vertical. Selanjutnya, dari analisi modal sosial dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan individualisme vertical pada sistem masyarakat yang menganut kolektivisme vertikal akan menghasilkan chiken society yang bersifat selfish, korup dan menghalalkan segala cara untuk mencapai tujuan. - Abstrak: Studi ini meneliti pengaruh kekuatan tawar, kapasitas penyerapan sehingga value appropiaation baik appropriated relational rent maupun inbound spillover rent dalam IJV. Dari 112 responden manajemen puncak perusahaan IJV Indonesia – Jepang dalam industry otomotif, ditemukan hasil yang repenting adalah bahwa value appropiaation baik appropriated relational rent maupun inbound spillover rent hanya dapat diperoleh mitra local melalui pengembangan kapasitas penyerapan. Sementara itu kekuatan tawar melalui control yang dimiliki tidak mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan untuk melakukan appropriasi kinerja. Implikasi terpenting yang dapat dikemukakan adalah bahwa sumberdaya yang tidak memiliki appropriability, dominant design paradigm dan bukan merupakan complementary asset dari mitra yang lain, akan menjadi sumberdaya yang kurang bermanfaat dalam membangun kekutan tawar.
